Canadian International Trade Tribunal


The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is an independent quasi-judicial body operating in Canada's trade remedy system. The administrative tribunal, which considers cases of dumping and subsidizing, reports to Parliament through the Minister of Finance. The organization hears appeals, conducts inquiries, and provides advice.
