| Columbia Games is a maker of board and roleplaying games including Harn and the block series
(Wizard Kings and Wargames).
Their most well-known games are those using small wooden blocks with unit information on one side, and blank on the other,
which introduces a strong Fog of War element lacking in most other board wargames. The blank side is placed towards the opponent,
thus hiding the type and strength of unit from them.
Many of these games are very suitable to introducing new players to the hobby, but there are also some quite detailed games
that have been produced.
Columbia is the longest-established wargames company, and has been producing games since the early 1970s.
