| Nuxeo Collaborative Portal Server (CPS) is a free and
open-source content management system written in the Python programming
language.
It can be used as an intranet and extranet server, as a document
publishing system, and as a groupware tool for collaboration between
separately located entities. Features include version control,
internationalization, workflows, and an easy-to-use Web administration interface. User and group management is done through a connection
to an LDAP server. Webmail and shared calendars are available as
extensions.
CPS is used in many major organisations worldwide, including the French ministries
of the Interior, Culture, Defense, and Economy.
It is built on top of the open source application server Zope and the accompanying Content Management Framework, which has thousands
of developers around the world supporting it.
