Square one (puzzle)

Square One is a variant of the Rubik's Cube. Unlike other variants, the cube does not retain its cube shape for most of the solving. The upper and lower layers consist of kite and diamond pieces. The middle layer is similar to that of a normal Rubik's cube, but many of the pieces are either 2x1 or 3x1, rather than the traditional sizes.
